Sterling silver disc with 14k solid gold dollop, Kingman Turquoise point with sterling silver crown, and Golden Hill Turquoise and 14k gold accent dot. Wear them all, or one at a time. Great layering piece and the lobster clasp can fit on any link, making the length customizable. Total max length is 21.5 inches .
